That's why we offer completely free no-obligation over the phone advice. If we can talk you through your issue within 15 minutes over the phone there is no charge at all.
If talking through the issue over the phone isn't possible and we need to remote into your device or come see you we will quote you upfront. For transparency, our rates are below;
$38.00 (excluding GST) per 15 mins with a minimum of one hour charged ($152.00). (Any parts are additional)
- No call-out fee!
- No charge for travel time!
- No extras for same-day service!
Skylink IT Services also values the contribution Gold Card holders, New Zealand Defence Force and Emergency services have made to New Zealand so we also offer them a 10% discount.
